The last step is focused on generating strategies for internal and external communication of the brand and all its concepts. The brand manifests through your DNA and your personality is transferred to your actions.
Thus, the Manage stage studies the best actions for the brand to fulfill its goals and aspirations. This stage will provide guidelines for the company’s DNA to be coherently represented in all its contact points. Among the contact points that can be proposed, we find tangible and intangible points. Tangibles would be, for example, the application of the visual identity in different supports and with different purposes. Among the intangibles, we can include the name, prospecting and endobranding actions and brand storytelling. Its contact points, when appropriate and consistent with the DNA and Positioning, strengthen and build a high-value Brand Equity.
